We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We offer straightforward returns if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Requirements for All Returns (UK and International):

  •  Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of dispatch. For an easy return process, please use our return portals available. If you decide to return your item using your own method instead of our portal, make sure to include your order number on the parcel to help us identify it as yours.
  •  All returns must adhere to the following conditions:
    - Item(s) are in new, unused condition.
    - All product tags and hygiene strips are intact and in place.
    - Item(s) are in their original packaging as received by you.
    - Have been tried on with underwear beneath.
    - Are clean and free from streaks or odour.

UK Returns:

  • Returns within the UK incur a minimum charge of £3, depending on the courier selected by the customer. This fee is processed through the returns portal.
  • We also offer multiple return options depending on your location within the UK. Please contact our customer service team for more information on return rates specific to your area.

 

Within the United Kingdom

Orders delivered to an address within the United Kingdom should use our returns portal. Simply follow this process:

  1. Securely package the item(s) for return.
  2. Visit the portal: CLICK HERE
  3. After following portal, drop off/label parcel and send parcel back to us.

 

International Returns: - (Republic of Ireland customers to go through 'Outside the United Kingdom and EU' method)

  • International return rates will vary by location. Please contact our customer service for more information on international return rates.

 

Within the EU 

Orders delivered to an address within the EU should use this returns portal. Simply follow this process:
  1. Securely package the item(s) for return.
  2. You'll need your tracking number to enter the portal (You can find this on you dispatch email or in your ProSwimwear account)
  3. Visit our site to purchase your returns label: CLICK HERE
  4. After following portal, drop off/label parcel and send parcel back to us

 

Outside the United Kingdom and EU - Republic of Ireland

Orders delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom and EU (International) follow this process:

    1. Securely package the item(s) for return.
    2. Visit the portal: CLICK HERE
    3. After following portal, drop off/label parcel and send parcel back to us.

 

No Returns for Custom-Made Products:

  • Due to the personalised nature of custom-made goods, we regret to inform you that they are non-returnable.
  • Once an order for a custom-made product has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing a custom order.
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the order details will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a custom-made product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Please note, ProSwimwear will not be held liable for the payment of any duties or taxes relating to the return of items purchased.

Please ensure you are aware of all charges, particularly when using couriers, to return items to ProSwimwear. Returns are charged based on the carrier option selected, rates are displayed within the returns portal.

Any items returned to ProSwimwear that are subject to unpaid or outstanding taxes and duties will be declined. This means they will be held by the courier service until payment is received.

Any items held by couriers pending payment will be held at an external location to which ProSwimwear will have no access.

If taxes and duties are unpaid and/or returns held by couriers then ProSwimwear will not be able to process your refund/s.

Returns that have been sent with taxes and duties pre-paid will be accepted and processed as normal.
